What should I do to return an article?
In case you would not be satisfied with the article purchased online, you can return the garment.

  1. The garments must be in perfect condition (in the original packaging, not used, not washed, with labels and hangtags still attached) and with the corresponding purchase slip/invoice.
  2. You cannot exchange or return articles of underwear or swimwear.
  3. Returns must always be made in the same country where the purchase was made.
  4. The return deadline is 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, by which the goods need to arrive in our collection center.

 

COUNTRIES WITH FREE RETURNS
Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, France and Germany

Returns will be picked up by DPD courier from your local parcel shop.

Please follow next steps;

  1. Forward the order confirmation email you received to Kaem@Widem.eu with copy to webshop@hazefinn.com and put "Return" in the subject line. Highlight which items you are returning and the reason why (f. ex. size, colour...)  
  2. Within 2 working days, you will receive an email with a free DPD return label and a list of DPD parcel shops close to your home address.
  3. Place the product(s) and a copy of the order confirmation in the original shipping box/bag.
  4. Close the box/bag and tape securely.
  5. Deliver the box/bag with the return label to your local DPD parcel shop.
  6. We advise you keep a proof of postage from the parcel shop.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

Returns from countries not in the list above are at your own expense.
Please follow next steps;

  1. Print the order confirmation email you received.
  2. Place the product(s) and the copy of the order confirmation email in the original shipping box/bag.
  3. Close the box/bag and tape securely
  4. Send the box/bag to the following address:

  5. We advise you keep a proof of postage from the post office.

 

When will I receive the refund?
Once we have received and approved your return, the amount will be transferred to your account. After your bank has processed it (the estimated time varies according to the banking institution), you will receive the corresponding amount in your account in approximately 5 working days. 

What should I do if the amount of my return is incorrect? 
If the amount of your return is incorrect, please contact us via webshop@hazefinn.com 
We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible. 

Please remember that we reserve the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the set period, or garments which are not in the same condition as when they were received.
